No Returns, No Exchanges, No Cancellations

At La Hannya Grifa, every item is produced, inspected, and packaged with care. Due to the nature of our apparel production process and our commitment to maintaining strict hygiene and quality standards, all sales are final. This means:

  • No returns

  • No exchanges

  • No order cancellations

  • No refunds (except in cases of verified defects)

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


Defective or Incorrect Items

While we do not accept returns for sizing, preference, or buyer’s remorse, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged,

  • Defective, or

  • Incorrect

you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear description of the issue

  3. Photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement of the same item. If the item is out of stock, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.


Sizing Responsibility

All size charts are provided to help you choose the correct fit. Because every body is different and preferences vary, La Hannya Grifa is not responsible for sizing issues. Please review size charts carefully before purchasing.


Color & Design Disclaimer

Due to screen variations, lighting, and the nature of textile printing:

  • Colors may appear slightly different in person

  • Print placement may vary slightly between garments

These variations are normal and not considered defects.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, La Hannya Grifa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up, the customer is responsible for all reshipping fees. No refunds will be issued for undeliverable packages.
