Thank you for choosing La Hannya Grifa. Every piece we ship is crafted, inspected, and packaged with care. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Standard processing time: 2–7 business days

  • High‑volume periods: Processing may extend to 10–14 business days

  • Custom or limited‑edition drops: May require additional time

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

If we experience delays, we will notify you by email.


2. SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Estimated delivery windows:

  • Domestic (Mexico): 3–10 business days

  • United States: 5–14 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • High‑volume seasons

La Hannya Grifa is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.


3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Weight

  • Carrier rates

We do not control carrier pricing.


4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear, depending on the carrier.


5. LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, La Hannya Grifa is no longer responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Misdelivered packages

  • Unclaimed packages

Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.


6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Missing address details

  • Failure to pick up

  • Refusal of delivery

the customer is responsible for all reshipping fees.

No refunds will be issued for undeliverable packages.


7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Duties

  • Additional processing charges

These fees are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in your purchase or shipping cost.

La Hannya Grifa is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.


8. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately and file a claim.

La Hannya Grifa is not responsible for damage caused during transit.


9. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on stock availability.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
